But while last time everything was relatively simple in terms of logistics, this time the journey promises to become a separate part of the adventure.
The thing is that Eindhoven Airport, which we flew through last year, is closing from February for about six months. Therefore, the familiar route is out, and instead of planes and trains comes a small European tour:
Zilina -> Bratislava - by ZSSK train
Bratislava -> Prague -> Amsterdam - by RegioJet bus. And this, by the way, is my first time traveling with this company
Amsterdam -> Den Bosch - we are taking a car sharing for a week, getting to the destination and using the car for trips around the area
And then everything is the same, just in reverse order: we return to Amsterdam, return the car and head home via Prague and Bratislava
In general, Erasmus has not even started yet, and I already have a route with several countries, different types of transport and potentially a bunch of stories. We will see how successful this combination turns out to be and how many adventures we collect along the way. Moreover, I am not going alone, but with a company of friends, so it should be more fun
To be continued. In February, we will test everything in practice.
