Welcome to the byLIMONOV website. These Terms govern the use of the Website and the materials published on it.

byLIMONOV is an author's project publishing materials about cities, travel, aviation, technology, service, education, business and other topics.

The governing law is determined taking into account the Operator's status, the place of his activity, the Website's audience and mandatory legal provisions. Naming a specific country in these Terms cannot override mandatory rules applicable to the user or the Operator.
Before publication: if the activity is carried out from Slovakia or the website offers services to consumers in the EU, the governing law provision should be checked against the actual registration and nature of the activity.
