When I first started running it, the idea was quite clear: travel, studying abroad and everything that happens around it. That is how the name Study&Travel once came about.
Over this time, there have been posts about university, trips, airports, buses, apps, work, the USA, Slovakia and a huge number of other completely different things. And at some point, I realized a fairly obvious thing - trying to continue uniting all this under the word "travel" is already a bit strange.
Because I am interested in much more. Today I want to write about an airport, tomorrow - about some detail of service in a restaurant, then analyze an interesting technology, talk about a city, the economics of some decision, or just a story that happened to me.
And I do not want to think every time whether it fits the theme of the channel enough.
Therefore, from now on, the channel is called byLIMONOV. The name is probably as simple as possible. Literally - made and told by Limonov.
And that is exactly the whole idea. Now this channel is not only about travel, aviation, cities or living abroad. It is about everything that seems interesting to me and deserves a separate story. The subject matter is becoming wider, but I want to make the channel itself, on the contrary, more cohesive.
In short:
It is not the niche that defines the channel, but the perspective on what is happening around.
Gradually, new formats and ideas will appear here. I will not tell you about everything at once - I think it will be much more interesting to get acquainted with them as they appear on the channel.
The visual part will also change. The channel has already got a new logo, and long-form materials will have a more unified design. I want people to gradually be able to tell from a cover or a card that it is byLIMONOV, even before reading the name of the channel.

But I am not going to turn all this into some kind of sterile media either. There will still be regular photos, thoughts, life updates and posts without a perfectly built structure - because initially this channel appeared as a place where I just shared what was happening around me. I definitely do not want to lose that.
In essence, it is not so much the content of the channel that is changing, but the principle by which it gets here. Previously, the main question was something like: Is this topic suitable for the channel? Now it is a bit simpler: Am I really interested in telling this? If yes - most likely, one day you will see it here.
So byLIMONOV is not an attempt to start all over again. Rather, it is a normal continuation of what this channel gradually turned into on its own. Only now, it finally has its own name.
